Neighborhood Kindness Challenge – December 2025

December brought our first-ever Neighborhood Kindness Challenge, designed to inspire daily acts of goodwill. Residents from every corner of Bentonville participated by performing simple, thoughtful gestures—from helping a neighbor carry groceries to leaving uplifting notes on doorsteps.

Over the course of the month, dozens of stories came in of neighbors meeting for the first time, friends reconnecting, and even small acts leading to larger collaborative projects. One family shared how a random act of kindness inspired their kids to organize a mini toy drive for local children in need. It was a vivid reminder that civility is contagious—and that even small actions can have ripple effects across a community.
